After 37 years or service, our water softener was tired and no longer doing its job. I was not satisfied with my previous experiences with the local water care business so I looked on line and saw that Lemens Water Care included Two Rivers in their service area. I utilized the web site to leave a message and describe my situation. Jim personally called me the next day, and after a few clarifying questions scheduled a service call. Once Jim arrived, tested my water and surveyed my situation, options were offered and a resolution decided upon. Jim returned and completed the agreed to work within a couple of hours. We are now enjoying soft water water again. I am very pleased with the entire process and have high confidence in Jim's abilities.
